Agitator, PTFE, Four Blade, 8in Diameter, Fits 25.4mm Shaft Size, 45¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 25.4mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2097 and have 45¿ impeller angles. The 45¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the shaft. Locks onto shaft with a collet hub and nut and has a glass filled PTFE safety screw. PLEASE NOTE: ANGLED IMPELLARS DESIGNED TO STIR UPWARDS IN A CLOCKWISE DIRECTION ARE AVAILABLE. 10mm Stirring Shaft, Chem-Stir, Polished, For Use With 1000mL-4L Flasks, 480mm OAL, Complete with PTFE Nut and Bolt. A 10mm OD precision ground and polished stirrer shaft with our patented** Chem-Stir blade attachment system. Shaft (C) has been manufactured with a ring at the lower end to permit attachment of the blade (B) with a PTFE nut (D) and bolt (A). Shaft is supplied complete with PTFE nut and bolt set. For use with PTFE bearings such as the CG-2077. Polished shaft will not cause abrasion to the sealing surfaces of the PTFE bearing, thereby allowing a vacuum tight seal. Uses the same PTFE nut and bolt blade attachment method as the CG-2074 ground shaft. Grease-Free PTFE stirrer bearing for use under moderate vacuum. The bearing consists of a PTFE standard taper body, PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) compression cap, PTFE Insert/bushing and a Nylon loosening nut. The PTFE insert/bushing provides only glass and PTFE contact with the reaction. Loosening nut above the standard taper inner joint allows easy and quick removal. Supplied complete with a Perfluoro o-ring on the body and a Viton o-ring on the bushing.
